Emma & Devon

I don’t know if you can tell, but it was about 5 degrees when Emma, Devon and I hit the woods to capture their engagement session. Despite the bitter cold, I had an absolute blast with these two. Their wedding cannot come soon enough!! September…HURRY UP!!!

Hannah & Matt

Everything is better up North! Matt and Hannah had the most lovely wedding ceremony located just a few miles up the Gunflint Trail. It was the perfect fall day, a PERFECT day to get married!!

2019 Senior: Corbyn

Well well well, lookie here! We’ve got our 2019 grads coming in HOT. First up to bat issssss Corbyn!! We hung out on Park Point one windy evening this August and it was FUN! Despite dodging the many poison ivy plants that were scattered along the dunes, we got some seriously stunning shots. Wind got the hair in your face? No big deal, Corbyn worked it!! Here’s just a few of the many shots we got that night!

Lindsey Marschka

We all have our Insta crushes. It’s those people you follow on Instagram that you don’t necessarily know, but you love the pictures and content that they post. I’ll be honest I have A LOT of them, and Lindsey was definitely one of the many! Who was this girl living in Ely, MN?? I needed to know more. What started out as simple follow, became an Instagram friendship, became a REAL friendship. I love Instagram for this reason: being able to connect with those you otherwise wouldn’t have known existed, and developing real friendships. This is where the money’s at.

Anyways, Lindsey and I got to meet up while I was in Ely over the 4th of July. We shared dreams and bounced off of each other’s ideas. The thing I loved instantly about Lindsey is that she had just as much, if not more(!!), energy as me. This is when I know I’ve found a soul sister. We took a walk around town and I snapped a few photos. Honestly a perfect little hang out sesh if you ask me.

If you haven’t checked out Lindsey’s NEW website, you most definitely should. Here, I’ll even help you, the website is linked here. In the meantime, check out a few of these photos we took on our walk!

Dominique & Brian

THESE TWO ARE MY FAVORITE. Seriously. I met Nique through a mutual friend years ago and she’s continually been a joyful presence in my life. We even shared an employer at one point in our lives: shoutout to The Lynhall!

Anyways. These guys were troopers. What seemed like a beautiful, sunny, and warm day, turned out to be blistering-ly cold. After a few minutes outside hanging out together, we all quickly realized our hands were starting to hurt because they were so numb! So we decided to head someplace warm, a coffee shop per usual, to thaw out.

Cheers to love and embracing the cold!!
